Digitally downloadable products are delivered from this webshop when payed for via PayPal. Make sure to look for the download link in your account page.

Physical Products, (non-digital download)
Physical Products are shipped Worldwide, when payed for, and are shipped from Sweden (Scandinavia, North Europe) using the Royal Swedish Mail Postal Service (Posten Sverige AB).

Download digital products
Digitally downloadable products are delivered from this webshop when payed for with Visa, Mastercar credit/ or debit card/account via PayPal. Make sure to look for the download link in your account page. It will be available for downlod at least 3 times when order have been settled. If any download problems occure, dont hesitate to contact via the contact us page.

Download products, Free products
All Free products will be available for direct download. It will be available for downlod 3 times when order have been settled. If you havent made it in three attemptss please contact me and we will sort it out asap.

Shipping Physical Products
I use PAYPAL for secure payments. Registered legitimate companys can be billed via invoice but only after agreement. Physical products will be shipped when payment via Paypal have been confirmed and gone through my Customer ordering system. Please allow 1-7 days for product to be shipped as I have to manage each order myself with the appropriate shipping company. By Default the Swedish Royal Mail “Posten”. See Shipping company´s used below.

Shipping costs
All shipping costs are those charged by each responsible. If any other costs have to be charged due to extra shipping & packaging costs I will confirm this with customer before shipping.

Damaged Merchandise
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.

Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise Policy
Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 5 business days of delivery.

Missing Merchandise
Please note that if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.

Tax/VAT is included in the total price when applicable. Tax applied is the Swedish tax as I am a Swedish registered company. And governed under Swedish Laws
