Download products
Downloadable products are delivered, available on your E-Store account when purchased. Either via Visa, Mastercard credit/debit card or your PayPal account. Make sure to look for the download link in your account page. Product available for downlod for at least 3 times. If any download problems occure, dont hesitate to contact via the contact page”.

Physical Products, (non-digital download)
Physical Products are shipped Worldwide, shipped from Sweden (Scandinavia, North Europe) using the Royal Swedish Mail Postal Service (Postnord) or USA or DHL.

Download products, Free products
All Free products will be available for direct download. It will be available for downlod 3 times when order have been settled. If you havent made it in three attemptss please contact me and we will sort it out asap.

Shipping Physical Products
This E-store use PAYPAL for secure payments. Registered legitimate companys can be billed via invoice but only after agreement. Physical products will be shipped when Paypal have confirmed payment and through the E-Store Customer ordering system. Please allow 1-7 days for handling product to be shipped as I have to manage each order myself with the appropriate shipping company. By Default the Swedish Royal Mail “Postnord”, UPS or DHL.

E-store www.canvas.nu/store reserves the right to use a different shipping carrier (using comparable service) than what was selected at checkout. But none other than those above mentioned when sent from SWEDEN.

Shipping costs
All shipping costs are confirmed beforehand. If any other costs have to be charged due to extra shipping & packaging costs it will be confirmed with customer before shipping.

Damaged Merchandise
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.

Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise Policy
Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 5 business days of delivery.

Missing Merchandise
Please note that if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.

TAX / VAT
Tax/VAT is included in the total price when applicable. Tax applied is the Swedish tax as I am a Swedish registered company. And governed under Swedish Laws
