I remember when Computer Arts magazine Creative Bloq contacted me asking if I could consider writing a piece for them about Microsoft Expression Web 4.0. – Since then by the way I have just recently gone from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and the program works great. Hows that for an update considering the program is free to use 🙂
