Personally, I only drink about 1-3 beers in a 1-3 years period, not much is it. But this beer, I get to taste at some point. It’s fun with small breweries in the same way as it is fun with small coffee roasters and chocolate makers. Yes, almost all kinds of small delicate enthusiast companies that often creates much better products than the giant conglemerates does. Coffee, I drink every day. Grind beans a few seconds before brewing my coffee and enjoy. The other day I passed a small shop in a residential sothern suburb to my hometown Stockholm. It proved to be a small brewery. In a shop space max size of a small around the corner grociery store enough to park a car or two inside. Not more. Not that you do, just so you get a picture of size.
Congratulations to Håkan Blomqvist and Stefan Söder.
Ps. It is especially fun Håkan B won. He is the husband of my book publisher and happen to be a CorelDRAW Graphics Suite user just like me – when he isn´t brewing beer.
