CorelDRAW Technical Suite X6 is out – previously known as Corel DESIGNER Technical Suite
Corel DESIGNER Technical Suite X6 is now renamed to CorelDRAW Technical Suite X6, which is a more fitting as CorelDRAW and previously Corel DESIGNER are built on the same core engine.
Technical Suite has most of the ”regular” CorelDRAW features, but with more focus on specifically technical illustrations. While regular CorelDRAW have more focus on page layout and vector, but if you do not need the extra wow-factor-technical precision tools available with CorelDRAW DESIGNER, you can continue happily using your regular CorelDRAW. If you on the other hand really are focused on technical illustrations, then this is the package for you. If you use regular CorelDRAW you will find your way around quite nicely with small differences in the toolbar design and with added tech tools to it, and so forth. Read more on Corel’s website>
