Quark copy their new logo?

So now it happened. Quark made a new logo according to a post on a newsgroup I just read. The only problem though for them, is that it is already in use by the Scottish Arts Council. How that could happen is a sad story for Quark and especially the graphic designer(-s) who designed it.
